- Reports were given by Committee Members
- Alex (Chair) described her dealings with the Students' Union,
attending GMs and Societies Councils Etc.
- Adam (Secretary) detailed how the Society now had over 120 members,
and demonstrated that he had followed the IFIS Secretary's tradition
of wearing stockings.
- Giles (Librarian) detailed how the Society Library now had over 2,000
books and a second cupboard
- Lorna (Treasurer) described how the society still had a good amount of
money left and that Alex had submitted the budget form for next year.
- Asan (Publicity Officer) said he had done posters.
- The Outgoing Committee stood down.
- Elections were then held for new Committee positions
- Nick Waterman was elected Returning Officer
- Chair:
Adam Cummins, Kathryn Waterman, Isabel Eden, Carlos Roman, James Rea,
Paul Ratsey and Luke Thickins nominated
